In Fleet: The Dice Game, players find themselves navigating the captivating waters of Ridback Bay once again to seize its bountiful rewards. The game unfolds over 10 rounds, each comprising two distinct phases: the Boat Phase and the Town Phase.

During the Boat Phase, the active player rolls a number of dice equal to the total players plus one boat die. The players, in turn order, select a die to utilize immediately, marking off the corresponding boat type on their sheet. This progression enables them to unlock license powers and launch boats to capture fish. The remaining die is then utilized collectively by all players.

Transitioning to the Town Phase, players roll a number of town dice equal to the total players plus one boat die. Once again, each player chooses a die sequentially for immediate usage. In this phase, players unveil special buildings at the Wharf for advantageous bonuses, discover impressive ships at the harbor to accumulate points and enhance fishing capabilities, or venture to the market to acquire income facilitating bonus actions. As with the Boat Phase, any leftover die is shared among all players.
